The basis of the company's Policy is the production of high-quality cable wiring products and optical communication cables that comply with legislative and other mandatory requirements, which bring profit to the enterprise, satisfy the needs of consumers and other interested parties.
The realization of this Policy occurs through the achievement of the following main objectives:
— continuous development, improvement of productivity and enhancement of the quality management system;
— staff development through training and retraining;
— involvement of all staff in the quality management process;
— studying and implementation of world experience and new technologies in the manufacture of products;
— establishing mutually beneficial and long-term relationships with material suppliers;
— organization of permanent control over the provision of products from development to delivery to the consumer, regulation of staff responsibility for the product quality;
— timely elimination and prevention of possible nonconformities;
— studying of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of our products and its constant increase.
Leadership ensures the implementation of the Quality Policy, bringing it to all staff and understanding at all levels.
